As campaigns shift from reach-based spending to structured systems built for measurable outcomes, creator tier sequencing is under fresh scrutiny.

One model gaining attention: anchor with one or two high-profile creators to establish cultural credibility, then scale through micro-creators at lower CPMs. Smaller creators often deliver stronger engagement and efficiency, while macro talent drives awareness.
